OMG....i had my HSG this morning, ugh it friggin hurt so much i had tears rolling down my cheeks for a half hour, the lovely nurse made me a coffee and gave me some pain killers and made me wait a bit for the pain to go. I never want to have that done again!

Riversong: Good luck tomorrow. You are lucky, having an early epu, i never seem to get home until early or late afternoon, which is a bit of a bugger for me, as i have kids home when i get home, so not much rest. Lucky you!!!
Bubbanails: That hsg thingy doesn't sound like much fun!!! You poor thing! At least it is over and done with now. Gosh, the things women have to go through. My dh says he wouldn't be a woman for quids. I guess though when it all finally works out, we have an experience they will never understand, and it all makes it worth the pain and frustration.Good luck tomorrow!!
KS09: Best of luck for Monday, don't be nervous, it will all be fine!! Enjoy some extra attention.
afm: transfer tomorrow. Again!!! Hopefully this is our turn, as I don't know if we will bother after this month. Time will tell. If you throw the towel in, I think you would always be wondering if the following cycle was the one, and you missed out. Decisions, decisions........
    Me:38 DH:41 1st ICSI: 4 embryos: all bfn
    2nd ICSI: 5 embryos:1st: : MC 8.5wks
    4x FET: bfn
    3rd ICSI : 6 embryos , one transferred, BFP!!!

Lillybaby – I hope you’ve got that cough under control now. We don’t want that hanging around for ET Holidays enjoy them hon. Any idea on when EPU will be?

Moo – How are you going? Lost it yet? Week 2 is the worst part isn’t it? I’ve never made it past the first week in the TWW so not sure what the second week is like. I hope to find out soon.

Bwana – 5 fertilised, wonderful !!!! And PUPO.... congratulations.

Riversong – I do think the acupuncture helps, especially on the relaxation side of things. How did EPU go today? How many eggies?I hope you are resting up. You are right about the frosties, I’m not a fan myself either. for 2 great blasties.

KS09 – Good luck for Monday, Have a great weekend hey!!

Bubbanails – sorry the HSG was less that pleasant for you Hopefully that is all you need to do now on you bath to bubs.

Revergirl – PUPO, congrats to you also. It is a great feeling isn’t it? A compacting embryo is perfect Hopefully you won’t have to even worry about the poor egg quality issue, in any case that doesn’t matter at the moment, all the matters is that little emby.

    Liv -

AFM – AF came yesterday and had my scan today..........NO FOLLIES AND Five antral follicles waiting to be woken up I had my scan and BT and 3.30 pm and made sure yesterday with the nurse that would be enough time to get the results. Today the nurse said I wouldn’t hear from them tonight and I’ll have to start stimms tomorrow, CD3. Ah ah, now way, I’ll start them tonight I said and then you can call me tomorrow to tell me if I continue or not. She rolled her eyes and agreed I’m assuming since my scan was good that my hormones will be, and I’d rather have a dose of FSH that isn’t needed that leave one out
Me 30(AMH undetectable) DH 39 TTC 40 months

Bubbanails - the HSG - OMG that was one of the most painful things Ive ever had done I know exactly what you went through I grabbed the nurses hand for dear life I reckon I nearly broke her bones and cried through it , SOOOOO painful. But the good news is as HSG can increase fertility in cycles after and my DD is a testimony to that, I got a natural BFP the next cycle after my HSG in 2009.

Lily - good luck with this cycle!!!!

Sending you all lots of . I had a natural BFP last month but had an early m/c. Got results back from dr today - definite m/c and levels nearly back to 0. DH and I are contemplating whether or not we keep TTC at the moment or delay for a while longer yet...

    Hope you are well
