    Hi ladies.
I haven't been back on here since announcing my pregnancy in June, well i ended up m/C so i've decided to come back on here after all the time i've had away from the forum to get some support again :-) The doc finally put me on Clomid, 50mg and this is my first cycle. I O'd Wed and i am now 4DPO and i'll get my bloods done next week then off to see the FS on the 1st. I have some terrible cramping deep in my lower abdomen today. Which is a bit strange, but i refuse to read into it because i don't want to be heartbroken when/if AF arrives. Hope you are all well, any advice on clomid would be much appreciated, i have no idea what to expect.
    to you all :-) xx

Hello.. I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I miscarried in July so understand how you feel

I ovulated on my second round of clomid only on thursday, day after you ive had some cramping as well. Which was around ovulation, seems to be ok now. I know that clomid can make the ovulation pain a lot more intense compared to a none medicated ovulation. I'm still learning about it as well so can't help to much. Is your bloods just testing your progesterone? I'm suppose to get mine done Friday next week but think I'm going to get them done Thursday instead so I dont have to want the weekend to get the results.

Good luck and I have my fx for you!

Does anyone know what your progesterone should be if you ARE pregnant and can that be picked up at cd21 (8dpo) or can you not tell from that test???

According to my fs "The usual rate of multiple pregnancy in this community is around 1:80 or 1.25% of all
pregnancies. The chance of a multiple pregnancy
with Clomid may be 5 or 6-fold higher than this.
However, this means a twin rate of only 6-8%,
while triplets and higher order multiples are rare." The link (I am not sure if it will work) to the fact sheet I got it from is http://www.reproductivecare.com.au/pdf/clomidinformation.pdf

I hope that answers your question

well unfortunately, like always, i'm out again this month. af arrived saturday. i'm now onto my fourth cycle of clomid 50g. i was so confident this was our month, i had everything, the weird cramping, stetching feeling in my uterus, and the worst heartburn. got great day 21 results too and still a bfn.

honestly this process is getting harder and harder each cycle. i'm becoming an emotional wreck!! a friend of ours told us she was pregnant last night and she wasnt even trying. its been 2 and a half years for us now, and i'm really starting to give up hope. 4th cycle here we come, it's just GOTTA be our month.
