Ivfhopeful- thankyou.. My follicles aren't quite there yet, largest only measuring 1.3cm. I did ovulate late when my last pregnancy so maybe I'll ovulate late again?! Not sure! Thank you for telling me the thickness is good. I wasn't sure about that. Fingers crossed the fluid is nothing to much to worry about.

She said in her opinion it looks like my ovaries and endometrium arent working together. (it's like my ovaries want to ovulate and my endometrium wants to have a period. She was unsure why I have fluid there when I am cd12. I'm just waiting for my final report to be done to see what the imaging doctor says.

I'm seeing my FS on Monday and possibly having another internal scan. Can anyone tell me what fluid in the endometrium means?? Is this normal after clomid?
Hmmmmm should the sonographer be giving you her opinions???????? Sorry I have no answers to your questions.... Wait till you get official results and talk to you fs.... As hard as that is. Hang in there!!! X

Hi again ladies. I'm dying to 'officially' join this group when I get AF, but for some stupid reason it's decided that this is the month to not come on 6 or 7dpo, as it always does! I'm only 8dpo, so early days, but I assumed I'd be starting my CD2 clomid this week. FX it comes soon, hoping clomid works her magic nice and quickly.

I did read somewhere that its 'rare' to fall on your first cycle of clomid, does anyone know if this is a medical diagnosis or just the luck of the drawer, as a normal unassisted pregnancy?

Oh by the way the sonographer tells you everything normally in fertility treatment. You see the doc for consults but not while cycling. The fertility nurse gives you further results. So yes the sonographer had every right to share, that's what she would normally do in fertility cases.

Oh well there you go! I mean I'm getting fertility treatment but going to normal local practices for ultrasounds and bloods etc cos my fs is over an hour away. Not at a fertility clinic as such so different journey for us all. My sonographer would not be allowed to say a word....

Taralou - I also had to take Primolut N to kick start my cycle. I've been off pill since July 10 and only had 3-4 natural periods in that time. I had to take Primolut when FS was doing inital tests and than again to start first round of Clomid. It was fantastic for me like clockwork 4 days after last tablet AF arrived but I did find mine quite heavy with lots of cramps but I'm just not used to it due to my lack of AF normally.

I'm on second round of Clomid 50g now at CD12. Started OPK's yesterday. If it's like last round will probably be over the weekend as it was CD15 last month. I did O on my first clycle level was 52.5 which FS said was good but no BFP. On the upside I got AF on CD29 which I was quite excited about as I don't have a regular cycle so that was a good start. I have found the side effects quite different this time around. I'm alot more emotional (crying/sad was angry/irrate last time) and less pains in the ovaries (litte cramps only a couple of times). I have got some preseed to use this time around so fingers crossed this helps. My Dr only does Day 21 bloods no ultrasounds. I will have to go and see him either way after this round as I do not have anymore tablets. Also DH went for seman analysis on Monday so have to see how that comes back...... Only took him 6 months to get the courage up to go...haha they don't know how good they have it, we are getting poked and prodded from all angles alot of the time.

Hmm not sure how I feel. Im Glad they are stimulated but not sure if they are big enough for me to ovulate but I'm hoping that they get bigger by cd16 when I see my FS. I'll have to wait to see what he thinks. I'm trying to be hopeful and positive. I've got lots of follicles but have two larger ones on the left side measuring the same 13mm (the side that I got most of my pain while on clomid)

I'm not sure about the fluid but I'm not going to worry myself until I've been told to start worrying haha

    How are you going?

They grow on average 2mm a day. How many days till you get to cd16?
