    Morning my lovelies!

    Can someone help me out with a question. On day 1 of my cycle I am always in excruciating abdominal pain, nausea and hot sweats and I need to take Nurofen plus throughout the day but not heavy bleeding at all. The pain is usually only on day one with medium to light bleeding.

    Could I have endo without heavy periods?

    HI Nattie,
    yes i think so, im not speaking medically but i have 2 friends at work who have endo and dont have heavy periods, but do have the overwhelming painful periods... theyve both been diagnosed too!
    I also have heard that the natropath approach can really help with the cramps.. i can ask what they take if you like?

    Insideaway just sent me this!!

    Little Miss Dhnaram was born at 8:43am after a 2 and a bit hour labour (crazy and very painful!!) weighing 3.39kg and is 50cm long. Name is almost 100% sorted and I'll let you know!

    I found this post from MadSci:

    Well Aidan Desmond was born on 10/6/2011 at 9.10am via C-Sect.
    He had a short cord with a kink in it that prevented him from turning.
    He came out feet first with a smear of meconium on his little bottom.
    He was on oxygen for 6 minutes before finally starting to cry.
    He weighed 3.104kg, was 50cm long with a head circumference of 34cm.
    He is absolutely perfect.
    I was out of hospital in 4 days and the recovery has been fantastic. To be honest, the pain of my milk coming in hurt more than the C-Sect scar.
    5 days post op and I no longer needed pain relief!!
