    Morning my lovelies!

Can someone help me out with a question. On day 1 of my cycle I am always in excruciating abdominal pain, nausea and hot sweats and I need to take Nurofen plus throughout the day but not heavy bleeding at all. The pain is usually only on day one with medium to light bleeding.

Could I have endo without heavy periods?

    HI Nattie,
yes i think so, im not speaking medically but i have 2 friends at work who have endo and dont have heavy periods, but do have the overwhelming painful periods... theyve both been diagnosed too!
I also have heard that the natropath approach can really help with the cramps.. i can ask what they take if you like?
    Sounds awful

I found this post from MadSci:

Well Aidan Desmond was born on 10/6/2011 at 9.10am via C-Sect.
He had a short cord with a kink in it that prevented him from turning.
He came out feet first with a smear of meconium on his little bottom.
He was on oxygen for 6 minutes before finally starting to cry.
He weighed 3.104kg, was 50cm long with a head circumference of 34cm.
    He is absolutely perfect.
I was out of hospital in 4 days and the recovery has been fantastic. To be honest, the pain of my milk coming in hurt more than the C-Sect scar.
5 days post op and I no longer needed pain relief!!
