Silent will be stalking you tomorrow to see your hpt results. Hopefully blood test was just too early.

Sahie - giggling so much at this planking caper! I wanna plank on something but my boobs hurt too much at the moment.

Geez, had one weak a$$ cocktail last night and today have had that seedy hangover taste in my mouth all day. Ugh!

Bit of a cheap drunk, Ripleigh? You definitely should do some planking when your boobs aren't as sore, I got such a giggle out of doing it!

Sahie, re: the temping during AF, I don't do it, not because of the gross factor (let's face it, ttc is full of grossness ) but because I don't think my temps will be doing anything particularly interesting during AF. Also, I'm lazy

    Silent - for tomorrow!

Apparently now because I have to do a 4 week placement in Wangaratta away from DP that 'trying' officially starts August, when I move in with DP. I guess anything before that is a bonus?

I know, right! The only thing that is making me so "what if" is how badly I've broken out in the last few days, and how bad my stomach is treating me. I also have no cramps, more just random twangs.

Aaanyway. Work was icky tonight. Work is NOT a good time to get the runs! Looks like this weekend will be spent like last weekend - on the toilet

Silent - is it in a hospital? I've been meaning to ask for ages, but didn't want to be too nosy Are you training as an RGN first, then specialising in midwifery, or can you go straight into it? It must be fun and scary all at the same time (PS I still have my fingers crossed... =p )

Rip There are some wonderful pics of my brother and his mates planking in London and on the coast somewhere, I can't find them right now, but if I do I'll post a link! They're all super fit and were doing perfect planks on roadsigns and all sorts!!

AFM Nothing happening except some truly heinous nausea, no though, although sometimes I *really* wish I could. I'm ok so far this morning which scares me..! Sore boobs too still and I really can't believe how big they are... Sinusitis is starting to go thank god (4 days antibio's left)- I thought I was going to cough/sneeze/wheeze the little kitten out and I actually got some sleep last night (around trips to the toilet).
We shall see at the Gynae on Friday - 6 days to go til I find out if this one is still ok or if it's done what the first one did =( My fingers are crossed SO hard that's it's still ok then.

    Hi ladies!

Just popping in to say a quick hello and see how everyone is going. Thanks to Caz for "stalking" me (hehe) and checking how I'm going, how sweet and lovely!

sahie - fancy seeing you here this is the first post I started in when starting to TTC in 2010!

wishing everyone the best luck, whether TTC or waiting on a scan etc etc. It's all ridiculously nerve wracking and it never stops. I'm 5wks 1 day today and feeling like the concern is never going to end. Just over 2 weeks until my first scan so quite nervous about that and just keeping all my fingers and toes crossed that things go well. Haven't had any m/s at all so far (just a general disinterest in food), but maybe it's still to come. It's weird to kind of want it but it feels like it would be reassuring.

    anyway love to all xxoooxoo

I was actually talking about this to my FS the other night, asking how much weight to expect to gain in my pregnancy (if I'm lucky enough for it to continue) and he said it's variable but someone my size (I'm quite slight and slim) would probably put on more than a bigger person would, he said some people even lose weight in pregnancy if they were on the curvier side in the first place. I think it'd only be a concern if you were super super thin to begin with and then you lost more! My FS said he likes to see curvier ladies lose a bit when they're pg. Not sure which you are but hope that helps in some way
