Anyway, how have you found it?
P.s i have lost weight already, but i just had my 3rd bub 12 days ago so im not having to work hard for it yet im also not breast feeding, but had a c sect so cant yet exercise

I have the app. It's kinda confusing with your sugars and protein and that. I think it's to much. Calories do sound a bit low though. Mines 1360 calories. I lose roughly 700 grams a week without excerciae

Yeah i dont go much on the other things at the moment, just cals but i did notice im lacking calcium, even though ive had milk and yoghurt each day?? And i have heard calcium ( low/ no fat) helps weight loss... Its so hard to know what to follow, but im thinking low carb, more protein will be the way

I started using it last week when I started the Cohen's diet and I find it pretty good I have just under 40kgs to lose so i thought it would be fun to track it. It's interesting to see how many calories I eat a day. It works out to be roughly 750 to 800 calories following the plan.

    Hi
I use my fitness pal app & I'm loving it so far. My calories are also 1200 but more once you account for exercise. I go over my calorie allowance now and then, doesn't bother me too much as I know it's a lot less than I would have consumed had I just been mindlessly eating.

I've lost 5kg since I've been using it this past month
    Don't forget to be awesome...

I am using this app & LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I've lost 2 kg in 1 week with only 2 more to go until I can maintain that weight. I am doing this with weight/strength training - I am using the NIKE WOMAN NC app (that's also another that I LOVE)

    Goodluck with it

I'm on 1370 a day but I usually have 200 calories spare by the end of the day. I am still breastfeeding - just!

The settings determine how many calories you should eat per day! I've opted for a loss of 500g per week with exercising 3 times per week.

Hi pooks, well the program is designed for rapid weightloss and you basically can't exercise while on the program (yay) and your blood tests determine what quantities you can eat to get everything back in line and have the body start using up the excess fat. Hence the small calorie intake. But I swear to you I don't feel hungry in between meals (maybe a little just before dinner) but its amazing how much I actually overate before. It's basically 110gms of meat or seafood or poultry and 110gms of vegetables at each meal (give or take 5-10 gms depending on breakfast lunch dinner.) and also drinking 2-3 liters of water a day. You can also have 2 serves of fruit and some crackers if you need.

I know of a few people that have done it now and have seen great results (and kept it off). I'm excited to see myself in the next few months. I've wanted this for sooooo long!!
