we don't do dairy here, among many other allergens, so we have smoothies with mixed berries, sorbet and multi v juice, tasting plates with ham, various fruits and veg(carrot sticks) rice crackers with nuttelex and 'veg spread' , different cereals with rice or oat milk, pancakes, baked beans, bacon, gf toast with different toppings. I would love to make my own yoghurt just don't have the time atm :/

I used to think this for DS, than I figured- hey, milks healthy- what's wrong with it. I now get the A2 milk so it's the best for him. If he's going to be drinking that much that often than at least he's getting the best stuff for his little body.

We get variety mostly in cakes and dinner.

I make pancakes from ricotta or banana or mango which she loves! I also make her different quiches with veg as she seems have veg this way with no probs Sweetcorn or carrot fritters (probably her favorite) But she would also eat porridge or weet-bix, muesli and so on She is 24 months old, fassy and not a very big eater

My children have porridge every single morning with a piece of fruit. I don't give them options because at that time of the morning I don't want to hear whinging if we are out of something or want to have last nights dinner for breakfast.

extraordinary the OP's child can't have milk And you might want to look into your ds sore belly.. That could well be from so much milk.

I'd assume the sore belly may be from too much milk!!

We have a few choices and a few specials. His options are cereal which he can choose from weetbix, sultana bran or muslie or scrambled eggs, fruit salad and yoghurt, omelette.

If it's a special occasion it's pancakes with berry compote, fruit salad, fluffy milk and a little scoop of ice cream. We usually eat this outside if it's not cold or raining.

I hate having the same thing everyday so we leave it up to Aidan. Whatever he wants we eat. Breakfast is so important, if DS doesn't have a big breakfast then he doesn't have enough energy to get through the day. We find that when DS chooses he eats the lot and then some, he come to us in the morning and gives us cuddles and kisses and tells us what he wants that day.
