Why hello Ladies!!! How have you all been? I know it has been forever since I popped in here but just felt the need to have a quick pop in with a happy story. Not sure if Kitty told you all but I got my BFP on the last FET and am now 21 weeks pregnant! I have had my 19 week scan and am happy to say we are expecting a baby boy! We are just so over the moon! it's so hard to beleive that a year ago this week, we got the news that we may never have a baby of our own, and now we are almost there!

I just want to say to you all, don't give up. no matter how many odds are stacked against you, miracles do happen.

I hope the roller coaster ride is not driving anyone too crazy.

Also Stacey if you are checking the thread, I just read your story. Please don't stress too much about the vasa previa. They also picked it up in my scan. My OB said that there is no point stressing about it as it's way too early at 20 weeks to detect acurrately and in so many cases by the time they do the next scan everything is back sitting up where it should be. And even if it is not, by doing a ceasar it drastically improves the chances of delivering a healthy baby.

Kitty as usuall I am thinking about you and hope you are doing well getting ready for your next cycle.

sorry for the lack of personals ladies, but i will try and read back and catch up. Also big hello to any new members

Hi girls, I'm back, so sorry I've been gone so long. I've been thinking about you all and wishing you all BFP. Thanks girls for thinking of me while I've been gone, I really appreciate it. It looks like it's been super quiet in here, I hope you are all staying positive.

Aunty05 - Congratulations on your pregnancy and on bubby being a boy, how exciting. Our little bubba is also a boy. And thanks for the positive words on the vasa previa. I think they will find more and more ladies with the condition due to so many women having IVF. Only 1 in 3000 get it in a normal pregnancy but 1 in 300 in IVF. My Ob said the vessels don't really move much as you get bigger in the pregnancy so she will still deliver our bubba early just in case. I'm feeling a lot more positive about it all now. Please let me know what they say at your next scan. I get another scan at the end of this month, I'll be about 27 weeks.

JG - The end of Feb will be here before you know it. I'll have everything crossed for you. We need another BFP in here. Sending baby dust your way, lovely lady.

    Hi Girls!

Just a quick one from me to let you know that I am here and largely smiling again

So glad all you pregnant ladies are doing well, hopefully we can all join you shortly

I have been feeling a bit reluctant to do another cycle, wondering if we should give it one last shot or not. Still not sure. But had a lovely meeting with Dr O where he assured us that we are not quite utter reproductive failures just yet and he feels we should give it another go as we have a good chance (my words not his ), which makes me feel much better! Sometimes I feel like everyone at the hospital recognises me way too much for it to be healthy, so for him to say that we actually had done reasonable so far made me feel a bit better.

Anyways, playing the waiting game a bit more. Don't know when we will go again. Probably March/April, but I am not in a blazing rush. But will be cheering you all on and waiting for my turn
