Has anyone tried the Soulbirth natal relaxation program or part of it?
Ive just ordered the preparation for hosp birth CD after listening to a sample. It seemed the one I clicked the most with.
I did try the Calmbirth CDs but dint find them "directed" enough for me - I need something a bit more focussed.
Interested in anyones feedback on Soulbirth.
