    Default Greens!!??!!

Im wondering, do your kids eat greens. I mean like spinach, silverbeet, ya know the really health leafy green vegies???

Half the time i only end up doing carrot or pots cause DD wont eat them on their own.

Or any recepies with healthy green hidden. Concerns me that she is missing out on vital nutrients, etc, cause im not giving them to her.

Ozzy will eat spinach mixed in with other things. And will happily eat peas (especially frozen)

My oldest is a fussy eater but I manage to feed him him all sorts of vegetables through soups. I also like to garnish the soup with dill and spring onion. Carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes are OK with everyone. Lettuce is only eaten in sanwiches. The little one loves broccolli (sp?), peas, cauliflower, mushrooms and fresh garden salad. Both love corn. They won't eat spinach unless I "hide" it.

A bit off the topic. I have a great recipe for a chocolate zucchini cake. As strange as it sounds, it is , zucchini is "well-hidden" the cake is moist and because it is a chocolate cake kids love it and ask for more.
