Good luck!! The earliest you should really test would be 10dpo, but the first day of your missed period is better! Xx

Bluefiretail- I'm no expert on this, and you should consult your FS of course for more info, but here is what my fertility clinic indicate is normal in the luteal phase

    FSH IU/L range - luteal - 1.5-9.0
    LH IU/L range - luteal - <15.00
    oestradiol pmol/L range - luteal - 120-720
    progesterone nmol/L range - luteal - 10-82

    Prolactin- 0-400
    Testosterone 2-4 nmol/L
    SHBG- 13-71
    FAI- 2-8

So everything looks normal except your LH is still high- when you ovulate it peaks at between 20-40, so maybe you ovulate a bit later on clomid??? I don't know. Something to ask them. Hope this helps.

Pilbara Blossom- I thought that 10DPO was the earliest too- some tests say 7 DPO, but you might get a false negative so sometimes its worth waiting. Good luck!

Good luck! and Welcome . I will also be testing next Wednesday (for me this will be a couple of days before AF is due, but we fly to Sydney the next day, so wanted to test before we go).

Had EPU this morning. They got 23 eggs. Even more of a surprise, DH bought me flowers! That has never happened before. I expected that I'd be really tired and I will probably crash later, but I'm feeling really cheerful and for some reason have the urge to do housework. That must mean I'm dying or something . I was a bit worried when I first woke up because I couldn't find the number written on either hand so had to ask someone, it was written on something taped further down my arm. I will probably have ET on Monday which would be good as I am not working on that day

    Welcome mylittlefamily.

Congrats Ellymoe. 23 eggs is awesome! Good luck with the ET.

Day One of progesterone which means in a little over a week , AF will visit me and I am really looking forward to it. I know we're not meant to hope for AF but I haven't seen her in so long that I actually miss her. Once she gets here, I can start clomid yay!!

family planner961 - I totally know what you mean - I am so happy when AF arrives everytime, because without her there are as many risks that come along - yes its said cos it means no pitter patter but we ladies with long cycles are at higher risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease etc so to keep as regular as possible is much better. My cycles can be from 30 days to 145 days and probably longer before I started monitoring. Fingers Crossed that your AF arrives on time and isnt too much bother and then for what follows :-D

Ellymoe - awesome stuff - my FS said 8-15 is a good result so your ovaries have done so well!!!

Miggins - how are you going with it all, we arent too far apart I believe!

AFM - I am on CD 18 and 2 days post trigger in the 2WW but the fantastic thing is I have two lovely follies - they were squashing eachother on my right ovary and I joked that they wanted to be together so hopefully it will be twins~ lol.

I am really happy with treatment so far and so is DH although he is a lazy bugger and still hasn't gone in for SA so thats so annoying given my pokes and prods!!

Anywho as I said 2 follies so I am thrilled and last time I only had one so I figure twice the chance (perhaps some flawwed logic there lol). This time I am absolutely not testing until day 27 one day before AF is due because last time I tested each day to watch the HCG go out of my system and was then disappointed when the line didnt come back so this time I either have a line or I dont!

Good luck to all those in their 2WW or where ever you are in your cycles! and Welcome to all the new members - this place is fantastic and now has heaps of members that I couldnt possibly do personals for all so sorry about that but will always answer questions if I know the answers lol!

Still keeping my fingers crossed for some more
