Kedgie, I've been unmonitored for every month on clomid except one, because my FS doesn't seem to think it's important.

Thanks, Ellymoe. Hopefully they'll let me do an unmonitored cycle and I don't need to go off-protocol.

    Morning!

I hope you are all well this morning.

I'm feeling a little disappointed this morning, I'm CD26 and have had a massive temp drop of 0.5 degree
Plus I had planned to do a HPT this morning, so I went ahead despite the temp, and no surprise it's -ve. I know it's early anyway, but I've been "feeling" possibly UTD, but no major symptoms other than constipation, bloated, heaviness in lower abdomen and some twinges.

AF must be on her way.

Miggins - dont give up, i had totally set myself up for failure this month eg FS saying i didnt O, not having any symptoms and poas a 8dpo and being dissapointed that it was a bfn even tho i knew it was to early haha so just hang in there.

as for an implantation bleed im not sure really, i had a little bit of blood about 1 weeks after i should of O'd after sex with DH but i didnt think aything of it so that could of been it i dunno. the only thing that i was aware of was a few niggly pains in my lower abdomen. I did a digital preg test this morning with fmu and it was positive and said 1-2 weeks and this morning i have a fair bit of pain in what feels like my left fallopian tube so im hoping that its not an ectopic preg. just feels like when you have a stitch but a bit lower.

tee-tee - this was my first round of clomid 50mg but i was having it tracked and the dr told me that my hormones are really out of wack and it didnt look like I had O'd even tho i got a positive opk and i was sure i did. that dr refered me on to a specialist ivf clinic last week which we spent 320 dollars to be told to continue the clomid, only to find out that I am in the early days of a preg on sunday. so trust your body and dr's can be wrong!!

that goes for you too kedgie -

good luck again to all of you i will continue to pop in if thats ok.
just hope everything is normal and it stays sticky

Thanks mrspump. Yayy for the positive. FX it is a healthy preg for you

I went back to the GP this morning (CD26) and got BT results. My progesterone at CD21 was only 1
And my LH was quite high, but it's consistenly high all throughout my cycle because of PCOS. so I definitely hadn't O'd by day 21 (which proves FF chart totally wrong! :P).

So I'm pretty confident that this cycle of Clomid has not worked and that my body is still being stubborn and refusing to 'O'

I will be seeing the FS tomorrow arvo, see what his plan is from now I guess.

Got my Day 21 Progesterone results today..... No Ovulation.

Spoke with the FS, and I move up a dose as of this cycle. I'll start the Provera tonight. They're okay with me doing this cycle unmonitored since I'll be in Thailand for most of it.

I'm a bit sad, but it was too much to hope for to get a BFP first Clomid cycle. At least this way I can enjoy my Hen's night. Funnily enough, Day ten will fall on my Wedding night!

Kedgie and Miggins - sorry to hear about the lack of O . I hope your FS has some suggestions Miggins, and I hope an increased dose of clomid works for you Kedgie. It will be nice to enjoy your hen's night at least.

AFM: Under pressure from DH (he wants to be a father so much!) I poas this morning even though according to FF that brand only has 50% chance of detecting pregnancy at 11DPO. BFN . I have been feeling slightly unwell all day, had a hell of a time trying to get out of bed, but I think that is just because my immune system is down. I'll test again on the morning of my FS appt so I will be able to report result to FS. I'm getting excited about that at least

Hey ladies - how are we all? Its been lovely reading all of the news on here... starting to get a little addicted though lol
Mrs Pump - congrats on the BFP!! Wonderful news - so exciting for you and great motervation for me to get my ovaries going lol.

Kedgie - I know how you feel, I finished my Clomid days 2-5 and went for a CD12 scan with the FS and now its onto injectables for me. There were two 11mm follies but FS said he expected bigger and that the clomid didnt work :-( - I expected that though because I didnt get any side effects at all so wasnt shocked about it I guess. Today I found out that I have a retroverted uterous to add to my little story of fertility woes ... heres hoping DHs SA comes back amazing!

He said he didnt want to waste my time and wanted to move onto the injectables so I am on Puregon 50 (injectable pen thing). Its not bad to inject and the FS did one today and I do it every day until Monday next week when I go back to the FS. Its quite disappointing that it didn't work but at least we have many things to try yet before moving on.

I am not sure if we will do IUI this cycle or not - FS is super keen to move onto IUI cos the success rate is much higher but for this cycle I dont want too. I will see how this one goes and then move on to IUI on the next cycle if I need too. Apparently I also have very stubburn ovaries Kedgie. If these injections work really well then I have a much higher chance of multiples than with clomid which is pretty scary

Today although the bad news has been a wonderful day as DH and I slept in and I had to go into the FS with the most hairy legs in the world and I had the giggles because of it so we must have looked so so so so immature lol.

Sorry for the long posts but I am keeping everything crossed for everyone and am feeling part of an amazing group here in PCOS chat.

    to all! xo
