The French- my understanding is that they have a specific language department that gives every word a French equivalent. Technology isn't even safe! In most countries a computer is a computer but in French it's ordinatuer.

My big gripe this week is with run on sentences. I've lost count as to how many times I've said, "Please don't join two separate ideas with a comma."

I am inspired to start such a FB album! I'll take a photo next time I'm there.

    Glad I inspired you lambjam!

I just popped in to share a little gem in an assignment I'm reading - air hose-test instead of air hostess. I've never seen that before!

Hahaha reminds me of a dish a restaurant had when I was in Bali one time - chicken Gordon blue.

Now I really have reached a new level of nit-picking...
Hurrah!! I just got asked to proof our new homepage layout and had the joy of nit-picking over "Login to your account"

Omg the commando on the biggest loser just said he was going to get his team to "locomote" their bodies.

    WTF?

I just know I'm going to end up feeling stupid here but... I don't really see the problem? (Apart from it being an unnecessarily awkward term when "move" would suffice!)

I think the commando can say whatever he likes - so long as he takes his shirt off!

There is a thing called 'Failbook'?????

    Must ... go ... there ...

I, too, delete comments and statuses until they are correct, if I've made a spelling or grammatical error, or a typo. Same with text messages and emails.

Now, am I the only person who will cut, delete and then paste a whole post on BH after editing just to avoid the visual disturbance of 'last edited by...' appearing at the bottom?
