    Definitely!

I've thought of something else that has been annoying me (most notably on my BubHub iPhone app) which is using "login" as a verb. For example, "Please login to continue".

"Login" is a noun, eg "my BH login is lambjam", whereas the act of logging in should be two words, "I will now log in as lambjam".

Now I really have reached a new level of nit-picking...

Till. As in, "Open till midnight". It's short for until, so it should be written as 'til. I see that everywhere.

It's "rapt". Not wrapped, or wrapt. Just rapt.

This may have been said, but aloud instead of allowed.

Moxy I was rapt the other day (hehe) to see you type faze. I thought the whole world was against me with 'didn't phase me'.

Actually 'till' is an older word than 'until'. For a time it became fashionable to write 'till (as if it shortening 'until') and then 'til. Now both (till and 'til) are acceptable, but 'till' is the original form.

I'll second this. "Till" is not actually an abbreviation, it's a word in its own right with the same meaning as "until".

That's very interesting. It makes sense and now I don't have to get irate when I see it. Yay. It's like when I discovered that lasagna actually was a word, not just lasagne. It made reading the menu so much more peaceful. Now if people would just stop writing bolognaise I'll be happy.

I'm never posting on this thread again unless I'm 100% sure, lol.

OMG so does mine! Drives me crazy and have no idea why it does that! I want to know why it does that. But it only seems to happen every now and then.

Anyway I thought i would share this with you all. I'm hopeless at spelling and grammar.
