    Sulfites give me asthma so I steer clear, plenty of health food shops tht do sulfite free dried fruits etc...

    My mother has issues with sulfites. Carmens muesli and museli bars are sulfite free - you can tell cause the apricots are black. I am not sure why we have such a problem with apricots being black....I'd rather black than orange with chemicals. We sure are strange sometimes!

    I second that about health foods stores -you can gets lots of sulfite free dried fruits etc.

    Ps- you should deffo get him tested in case its something else and not sulfites iykwim. Could be sooo many different things!

    My DD was intolerent for a long time, she'd no sooner swallow say sultanan's and she'd have acid poos within seconds - she was badly burnt (lost skin) on a few occassions when well meaning idiots would give her some sultanas. other dried fruits or food
