Red face Breastfeeding / Farex + Formula?

    Hi
I am currently breastfeeding and my 6 month old is on farex + fruit but i find it so hard to pump milk sometimes so I end up giving him his Farex mixed with cool boiled water.
I personally dont think it tastes very nice and wondered if I should buy formula just to mix with his Farex and Baby Porridge in the morning.
Has anyone else done this to make the farex taste a little sweeter?

I think the water would taste better then formula! Formula tastes awful lol. Could you mix in a little pureed fruit to make it a bit sweeter?

Babys taste buds arent the same as ours. Boiled water is fine to mix it with.

Farex with water is fine, no need to buy formula.

We prefer the Rafferty's rice cereal. It's brown rice and I think that makes it "sweeter". I mix it with EBM if I have some thawed, otherwise boiled water is fine. Or now that DD is older I sometimes use cows milk too..

I also agree with whoever said to mix fruit puree with it too!

we used water and fruit if there was no ebm. My sister put me onto the applesauce at aldi. No added sugar, resealable jar, and smooth puree to add to things.
