This section is intended for those who wish to get assistance from our 'online expert' - who will be looking a posts in this section on Tuesdays and Fridays.

I'm sure that our viewers posting in here appreciate the concerns of other viewers, but responding with helpful suggestions is not the idea of this section and it makes a lot more work for our expert (who is giving her time voluntarily).

I've now set it up so that only the person starting a thread can add to that thread (with the exception of our expert and our moderators/administrators).
