    Default osteopathy for sleep issues

    Hi!
I would like to hear from anyone who has used osteopathy to help resolve sleep issues with little ones.

    Many thanks

I regularly go for sleep issues - mainly as they are related to teething.

I have found after a few days a relaxing of the symptoms and a return to a more sane child!!

I love osteopathy!! I have used it with great success for myself too!

    Thanks Babushkamumma...

I think that his sleeping issues are often due to teeth too, and that the poor little man just seems to find it hard to wind down sometimes.

Think if he doesn't settle soon, a trip to my osteo is in order. Someone also mentioned homeopathy but as i've seen osteopathy work for me i think i'll head in that direction.

    Thanks again

I've had both work for me and DD - homeopathy works well when consulting with one, versus self medicating for teething I found - I made mistakes and made it worse!

I love my Osteopath when my DD teethes - she's amazing - hope you get the same effect for your DS!!
