hi lilbird... i once o'd on day 154ish of my cycle (yes it has the cycle from hell, but missed DTD at the right time)... so cant answer ur question from personal experience...

but when i was ttc DS one the girls i used to chat too conceived on cd57 and had a healthy baby boy 9 months later... she also ended up falling pregnant with her second when her DS was only a couple of months old and didnt even realise until she was several months UTD so it is totally possible! just think of all the mums who fall while breastfeeding who havent had periods in months

I too had long cycles, sometimes O around cd18-26. I tried clomid, brought them down to O'ing on cd16, however I would m/c as soon as I was a day late (chemical pregnancy). I tried IUI with gonal-f / pregnyl meds and that worked.
I only used IVF cause my iui pregnancy was ectopic, I lost a tube so iui was only going to work if I O'ed on my right side.
