Congratulations on your pregnancies!

I'm Melissa and 20 year old 3rd year Midwifery student at ACU Melbourne.

I"m looking for some mums who are 35 weeks or less to take part in the Follow Through Program. A quick over view - the FT program will provide you with some additional support through your journey. I can accompany you to some appointments, if you like - be at your birth and once you've had baby i'll come see you after to see how you're settling in!
