    Default Amniotic Fluid

I went for a scan today as recommended due to my low lying placenta. Good news is that that is no longer a problem, however now i'm being told that my fluids arnt as high as what they should be. The lady doing the scan said they are "boaderline". I called and spoke to the midwife who had to call me back once she could download my results. She said my fluid is low and she will talk to me further about it on Friday at my appointment. She said will most likely have to have another scan next week to re-check the fluid. She did ask me whether or not i've had any leeking fluid, which I dont think I have. I know i've had like "wet patches" in my undies before (no trickles), but when I mentioned to the GP she didnt say anything about it all (im doing shared care). I've been reading on the internet and have read that amniotic fluid has a certain smell to it. Can anyone describe this smell to me? I have also had a bit of discharge, but its just been white. I did a few weeks ago have abit of a mucosy discharge, which I did tell the GP about and was told nothing to worry about. I assumed it was perhaps abit of the mucus plug, and was going to bring up at my next hospital appointment.

In all of my other scans fluid has measured fine and I havent felt any reduced movement from bubs.

Sorry if abit of a long rant! I just want my bubs to be OK!

leaking fluid smells sweet not even slightly like urine.1 way to replenish your fluids is resting where possible and drinking plenty of water!how far along are you? I had leaking amniotic fluid from 26 weeks with my last 2 girls and i had healthy bubs born at 37 weeks my first bub had the water break and reseal she was healthy born at 35 weeks.
