SupraMum - I am having a bit of a freak out about A&P lol... cant imagine how much work you will have being full time. Part time is bad enough. I dont think i'm doing too badly so far. Did a bit of reading over the weekend & did some practice quizzes & that was ok but just have to find a way to make it all work with the family craziness at the moment.
How are you doing with it all?

Its scary isn't it? I'm juggling 2 subjects ATM. A&p and chronic health. Done quizzes and forums in a&p and I have just started with chronic. May I know your real name? I'm Carizza. Hehe. I at least give 5hrs to study. I have that 5hrs when DP and DD is already at NIGHT. lol. So I'm 2x sleep deprived now but coping. If there's anything I can help, please let me know.

    Hi Carizza... I"m Georgia
I think i commented on one of your posts in the introduction forum last week
I'm not having too many problems yet, but am just freaking out that i am actually doing it & its started. I am also doing 2 subjects... A&P & Older Clients.I start chronic in 4 weeks & then fundamentals 2 weeks after that... so i think thats when i will be the busiest.
I try to study when 2 of my girls are at school & then i have another at kinder all day 2 days a week so am only at home with my 7mth old. Today is one of those days so hopefully i can get some study done.

Hi everyone, I hope this isn't too late but I was just wondering if anyone knew the application process?

Is it just a case of first in first served or a little more than that?

Do I just go in and fill out some forms and pay up, lol. I can't find any info on it

The application process was pretty easy and quick.

I think they have 3 intakes a year.... not 100% sure though.

Hi girls, just wondering how you are going with the course??
I'm contacting tafe soon to see when I can apply
Wondering, how many days of study are you doing a week? I will have DD1 starting prep next year and will have DD2 who will turn 2 in feb and DS1 turning 1 in march at home, but was thinking I will put them in daycare 2 days a week?? What do you think???
    Hope it's going well

Its going really good so far, i am only doing it part time & i know that SupraMum is full time.
I have 2 at school and 1 at kinder 2 days a week and DS who is 9mths home with me. I try to do as much as possible on DD3 kinder days and when DS is asleep and i find that i can manage it along with all the housework, errands and after school activities. Sometimes i think i could manage the full time work load but i think it would be safer for me to stay part time
I do have my days though where i am stressed about it and everything else but i think its normal. Especially when you have a few assessment's due and quizzes online that are towards your end marks but i am still really happy that i decided to do it.

I think the next intake is around July??? I know its 3 times a year.

SupraMum - How did you do with the A&P Assessment 2 Quiz??
