I brought short sleeved/no leg bodysuits to use as singlets.
I also brought the snapcrotch singlets so they wouldn't ride up.
Wondersuits( was just about to say in Bonds get the next size up)
    Longsleeved & legged bodysuits
    Socks, don't get too many
    Some warm blankets
    A couple of cardis/jackets too
    Some warm beanies.

Also this time i'm looking into sleepingbags instead of using wraps. My DD hated having her arms wrapped & one night i happened to wake to find she'd gotten her wrap over her face Once we put her in the sleepingbag no more issues & it also works as a sleep cue too.

    *watches thread with interest*

I have a Oct and Nov kiddies and were expecting a late May bubba so definatly very different!

We are getting lots of all in one suites, I agree the bonds ones always seem smaller then the other brands. Other than that we have blankies/wraps, singlets, socks and beanies. I am going to get a few jacket/pant type outfits for over the top and perhaps a really warm ski suite/outfit type thing as bub will be out in the pram/bassinet multiple times a day doing the kindy and school runs which are literally around the corner from our house so no use getting in and out of a car for that.

    Thanks for that
With DS being born in Winter, buying clothes seemed so much easier.
Will just buy a bit of both for this bub and see how we go.

I agree with the suggestions made, I'm having a boy in June too and I have invested in some nice fleece wraps and woolen blankets- I think to have something warm on bub is good, but wrap them up warm.. That way when u change them you don't have to go thru too many layers, instead u just unwrap them. Just an idea..

I am going to get a tonne of thermal under wear like singlets and pants (socks beanies etc) and put a nice warm body suit on top.. Then WRAP! I'm sure a winter baby will enjoy being wrapped
