As embarrassed as I feel for letting myself go. I might as well join this thread. I'm 5ft9 and 135kgs now, due to liver complications and a bad pregnancy resulting in not being able to excersize at all for over a year.
My goal is 80kgs (Im large framed, any less and I would look sick). But thats still 55kgs.
I need help. I get bugger all support really and I just cant control myself =( I think my issues are food intake, lack of water and lack of movement (went from 6-8km walks a day to nothing) so now I'm lazy =\
Does anyone recommend anything vitamins or so to help boost metabolism?
