    I calorie count which does work, you just need to stick to it. If you go online to places like fitnesspal.com and play around you can see what it offers you-and it's free to use.

    Having a bluurg kind of week. Feel flight, ate too many carbs, working overtime so no exercise, dh is busy every night so am feeling a little neglected etc.
    I expect to gain this weekend .

    Welcome Barb. Another one I log onto for calories is calorieking.com.au, also free. Otherwise just keeping up with the girls here and I try to do a couple of shakes a day with healthy snacks. I've just cut potato off my dinner plate too. Once its gone I don't miss it, but its just doing it that's the hard part.

    Sorry I haven't been in much. DD1 came down with vomiting last Thursday and was sick for a few days. I've been suffering with migraines every few days before that too. Then Wednesday both myself and DD2 got DD1's bug so its been a bit of a battle here lately. DH came home from work last night and started too so its really done the rounds here!

    I had a loss of 1kg last week to 117kg. I didn't weigh in on my normal day of Tuesday so will go hop on now... hmm says 118kg! That's depressing! Dammit, if I'm that sick and spend that much time on the loo I should at least lose something. Oh well, will weigh again on my normal day, hopefully things will have settled down.

    this is what helps me when I had a series of gains. I hope it will help you.

    Remember weight loss is a day by day thing. Forget yesterday and start a fresh today. I am talking to my self here too as I had bad food day yesterday.

    Treat each day as it comes start it like it was the first day on your new eating plan.

    Clean your fridge and make food plan for your day/week.

    Make your meals easy and pre cut/pre cooked etc so that when your really hungry, the food on your plan is the quickest and easiest to get.

    Sit down to eat, Don't eat on the run or in the car etc...

    me too except I wanted the bfn and I am having a crap day so i have been eating fattening comfort food . I even brought a family sized chocolate bar. Haven't touched it. It is calling my name but...............


    might have to give to kids for dessert so it can't tempt me anymore.
