Could this be a sign of early labour??

Hi all

Hoping someone can shed some light on my pain atm

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant but have been at risk since 30 weeks to go into preterm labour due to my internal os (cervix) dilating.. Last week I had 9mm remaining (just to give u some background)

I woke up this morning and had some niggling pains in my pelvic region that would come and go, and I have had pain in between my legs and my girly bits too.
This arvo and this evening, I now have the same pains as above but have excruciating pain on and around my belly button, like it is not even touchable as it hurts too much. I am also having some short stabbing type pains in my bottom.

Could all of the above be an early labour sign?? or are these just normal pains??

I'm having exactly the same sort of stuff at almost 37, my midwife told me Thursday she expects to see me sooner rather than later.
