I really want to stay healthy but at week 26, I find it hard to remain mobile .. Go for swim or jog...
I do a bit of yoga stretching and that's about it.. Should I b exercising more??
My swim suit does not fit me anymore so I quit swimming..but I like to go swimming if I can..
Sounds like I m making a lot if excuses but I really feel heavy... Help
