Which brand do you take ?
With my son, I took Blackmores, but not sure if that's the best one

Heaps of threads on this subject, maybe do a search for "blackmores" or "Elevit"

I started on Elevit and had to change to Blackmores as I couldn't cope with the masssive amount of iron in Elevit. I also like that Blackmores has the Fish Oil in them as well, as I cant cope taking those massive tablets or taking the oil *gag*

Not sure which is best, but I'm on Nature's Own Pregnancy Platinum.

When I went looking the major factors were cost & which tablets were smaller/fewer required - it's just one a day with this one, although they are pretty large. Not too bad cost wise - ~$27/60 days. Seemed a pretty thorough list of ingredients when compared with the others too.
