    HI ladies
thanks for the good wishes!! Steph, I don't know much about blocked fallopian tubes at all really, but they need to put a dye through to check I think, who has blocked tubes? is it you dont tell me, I hope not, but a ray of hope, my boss had blocked tubes, and after years of trying including using ivf, her and dh conceived at 40 naturally, he had low motility too. they now have a healthy 10 yr old girl.
Hi Sarah, I had read somewhere about soy and have been off it for a while, I think it was something to do with it affecting the oestrogen levels wasn't sure, but have been off everything else so why not. I was eating soy as a replacement for the dairy foods, but stumbled across something on the internet, I thought I may have mentioned it before apologies if I didn't.
My latest hcg levels were 620 from 420 on the monday, so they were not as high as they expected, so have to go for another blood test in the morning.hcg levels should double every 2 days, so from mon to thursday it wasn't the ideal level, still remaining hopeful, I have a new friend called denial, it comes in handy.

    take care everyone,
    luv Jen xoxo

Hi Jen, I still have everything crossed for you. I know it has your hcg hasn't gone up like the text books say but whilst it is still rising there is hope. and lots of it being sent your way sweetie. Mwah.

Hiya Steph - basically what you wrote is about the same as what I have been reading and you are so right, I can't think about the copious amounts of bad soy I have been ingesting. The main thing is that I know about it now and have stopped using all the obvious stuff. With regards to soy flour etc I am pretty lucky there as I rarely eat bread or packaged food, it was to do with the nasty milk, cheese, yogurt etc. I am free now and will never look back. Thanks so much for all your info.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Much love.

    Hiii Lovelies

Hi Jen, all my fingers and toes are crossed for your beautifully healthy little growing bubba....HCG levels vary so much and I am sure the next test will ease your mind. Congratulations to you honey. I know I have only recently started dropping in for a chat to meet you all but am so excited for you.

HI Sarah, how are you! it's very interesting what you raise about the soy as I have an interesting story about that. My DH has had a bad skin condition his whole life where his face breaks out into an really angry red rash and then peels off....it happens constantly and no dermatologist was able to treat it so they just overdosed him on corticosteroid creams which just masks it. Recently my DH came up with the great idea to see an allergy specialist after all these years of living with it. It turns out that all these 35 years it has been an allergic reaction to soy. So, over the last few months we have phased out soy and his skin cleared up, it is truly amazing. The issue is though, he pretty much cant eat out ( we both really miss our nice restaurant nights out) and he cant east processed foods. If he has even the tiniest bit of soy now....for example if he was to have a single piece of chewing gum....his skin breaks out into a shocking red itchy rash within half an hour. It really gets him down some times but we are used to it by now. We are so vigilant with his eating but it is so easy to get caught out even when you double check everything

His allergy specialist has him on some oral desensitising drops which may or may not work and take 6 to 12 months if they are going to work. Bringing it back to TTC, one of our next steps is to go and have his swimmers tested, since his body is allergic to soy and it's hard to avoid it 100% even when you try so hard.

I just finished around of ovulation tracking by bloods and waiting for AF to arrive so going a bit crazy again! The good news is they could tell me I definitely ovulated and a scan found a big fat follicle at the time and progest .levels were high a week later so at least my body seems to be working ok which is some kind of relief. Just need to learn to relax and go with it....still trying to get to a better place with that.

anyways I hope you all had groovy weekends and big hugs for the week ahead

    oh and always hehe

Oh Jen, I am so happy for you. Please look after yourself and rest as much as you can. Also look at Tesla on the net. It is a company that produces a little gizzmo that can protect you from radio active waves which I know you are in daily contact with. It was mentioned in that Elaine Hollingsworth book I am reading. Much love sweetie.

    HI gals

Jen, how fantastic is that, so so exciting, bubba sounds very happy

Girls, does anyone know what they do if hubby has borderline sperm motility? My DH just had a test and it came back with good count but motility was borderline. We have to retest but just wondering what the options are to boost this. A few months ago we discovered he has a soy allergy and I am suspicious of the desensitising drops the allergy specialist gave him, I think we will be stopping those as they havent helped yet anyway

    xo
