Hi again.... Nope, no sign I have decided to wait as long as possible as I am at high risk of damaging my uterus with a d&c. Which can affect future pregnancies. That is what my FS told me. The embryo is in the wrong spot. I can't remeber if I have already posted this..... I went to a baby shower this afternoon. Talk about bad timing!! I was a little emotional before I left. My DH is worried about me not overcoming the miscarriage. When it actually happens I will feel much better

Hope you all are enjoying your pregnancies!! I have enjoyed a nice glass of red tonight with my dinner!!

Pippi, sorry to hear you're still waiting for a bleed definitely sounds like you're making the right decision by waiting it out a bit to avoid damage to your uterus. That must have been super difficult at the babyshower but I really admire your courage for still attending. If I was in the same position I just don't think I could have done it. You're obviously one hell of a strong woman

Yay for the glass of wine!

Well I have no good news either. They cant find a heartbeat....but he is not sure whether we are just too early or if there is something wrong. The sack is in the right place and seems to be the right size.

I had to have a blood test to check what my hormone levels are and booked in for another scan next Monday.

Aside from sore b00bs I dont feel preg at all so Im kinda leaning towards something being not right but Im living with that little bit of hope that its just too early. Im 6wks4days.

The FS said he would ring today/tomorrow morning depending on when the BT results come in.

Jacklicky, I know it's easier said than done but try and stay positive. It's still very early, and I've read quite a few ladies who didn't see a heart beat that early but went on to have a healthy bubba. The fact that everything is measuring well is a good start. I hope you get your BT results back quickly. Sending lots of your way and have everything crossed for a nice strong heartbeat next week

jacklicky, I'd be swaying towards being too early as well. Did they try an internal scan? If bubs is the right size then that's a great sign that everything is on track.
Maybe another scan on Friday at 7weeks will show a heartbeat?

It was an internal scan....He first said too early but once he looked at the dates a bit closer I think he is leaning more towards it being no viable.....

Really i just have to wait for the BT later today before we know one way or another.....

Ive booked in again next monday but we will really know after we see what my levels are later today.

how are you gonna last a week? If it is nonviable then how would bub have grown to the right size? I still reckon just too early.

I'm off for my scan now. I haven't drunk nearly enough water so we'll just see what happens.

I hope you are right Pumper....I really do!

Goodluck with your scan today.....I can remember having to drink all that water and then driving over the bumps in the road on the way to the clinic....now i just dont bother drinking too much. You can guzzle a few more cups at the clinic if you have too!

For my internal scan they got me to empty my bladder right before

Well last night the sore nipples kicked in. Still no MS though

Ooo Jackylicky - I also think that it's a bit too early. Bub is in a good size so technically bub is still growing and maybe heartbeat will start by Week 7. and lotsa to you. Update us with your BT result..

Pippi - I hope everything will go well for you. It's weird to wait for the bleed but for it to come quickly

Pumper - How did you scan go?
