    waist 124 loss of 20 cms
    bust 109 loss of 29 cms
    hips 143 loss of 45 cms
    thigh 87 loss of 21 cms
    arm 37 loss of 7 cms
    ankle 28 loss of 4 cms

    My Goals For This Week Are: 1 kg and to exercise at least five times. I am hopeless when it comes to exercise. I haven't been exercising until recently ( I started 3 days after Christmas and have been doing OK so far)

    Start Weight: 64kgs (was 61.7kgs 2 weeks before Christmas but put a bit on )

    Current Weight: As of this morning 63.3kgs

    Total Weight Lost: Going from when DS2 was born 10 months ago I have lost 21.7kgs

    Measurements: No idea I have never done them

    My Goals For This Week Are: Exercise for at least 30 mins 5 days a week
