    Hi Ladies,

Sammy - I started clexane as soon as I had my BFP, so I was 4wks 1day! I came off for a couple of weeks cos I had a small bleed but back on now.

Wickednails - I think it's strange your FS doesn't want you on any meds, to wait and see... I would trust your own instincts, can you get a second opinion?

Windupbird - congrats on the 12 week mark! I'm very jealous you can stop clexane, I'm on it till delivery.

Elliemaysmama - GL with that 18 yo 2 yo today LOL!

Emzy - How are you going? Did you get my PM reply? How was your 12wk scan?

    Hi to everyone else!!

AFM- all's going well here, starting to feel alot better. I forgot to mention my Ob gave me an authority script for clexane, so I can get 4 boxes for $34! And with enough repeats till I'm due! Awesome!

Thanks for the responses re starting the clexane. I rang my Dr today to see if I could get him to have a look at my file and call me with what he would like me to do but he had a cancellation tomorrow morning so I was able to get in At least I will be able to put my mind at rest.

Sammy that is great news!!! Hopefully he'll start you on the clexane tomorrow and away you go !!!!!

As for me, am out of the running this month, a day earlier than I anticipated . Am disappointed as was using opk and we dtd at the right times too....ah well onwards and upwards. Thought I'd fall quickly as every other time we've tried, I got a bfp either the 1st or 2nd month of trying and now this is the 3rd month and nothing.... I know I know its still early days....fs said he would put me on clomid if nothing happened quickly. Anyone else on clomid???

Off to bed to bury my head under the covers.

Em'smum- I'm so sorry to hear that I found my Clomid symptoms worse each month - irritability, emotional, hot flashes. So, not so bad the first month. We tried 3 cycles, but it thinned out my lining so was counter productive. Fx for you next month.

Wicked - good on you. Good luck with new doc.

Sammy - hope your appointment went well today.

    Hi Ladies

I forgot to come back in and post the other day. My GP was able to get in touch with my specialist last week while I was at my appointment so that was great. They started me on the clexane straight away and I'm on 2 per day ...... I've got a few good bruises on my stomach already so I can only imagine what I will look like in the end lol. I have one specialist appointment tomorrow and another on Wednesday so we'll sort out an action plan from there

Great news Sammy that they've got you on the clexane, I hope it helps!!!
Sorry to hear you're out this month EMM Fingers crossed for next month for you.
AFM, AF due Saturday/Sunday (I'm on a 25-27 day cycle at the moment, which drives me nuts), but I usually have spotting 2-3 days beforehand, so if no spotting by Friday, I'll test. Fingers crossed!!

    Hi Ladies

Quick question. Do you know if you can still have massages while on clexane? I know when I was last on clexane I wasn't allowed to but that was becasue I actually had 2 blood clots. I'm just needing to see a physio for my shoulder and also a good massage wouldn't go astray. Just thought I'd check with any of you.... if not I'll wait and ask at my next specialist appointment.

    Hi Sammy,

I know you're not supposed to have them with a clot, but I believe they're fine while on Clexane. I didn't read any warnings about it and have had several already. No bruising or issues at all. I'd just suggest going to someone that specializes in pregnancy massage if you're thinking of doing one. (I had a not so great experience with my normal therapist and have switched to a pregnancy specialist - some won't do massage till after 12 weeks).

Hope your ms is getting better.

    Hope everyone is well

the last massage place i went to wouldnt massage me (not preggers) as i had previously had a clot. that was enough for them to say no.
i was also told, a massage in the early weeks can trigger an immune response and m/c
