I am booked into Cabrini Hospital in Malvern for the birth of my first baby. I was wondering if anyone could advise of any out of pocket expenses not covered by my private health insurance? I have full cover.

If you have full cover, the only out of pocket expenses if you have a straight forward delivery is any excess you may have for your cover.
ie: my cover has an excess of $50 a night so I had to pay $200. If you have to have a C/S there may be more charges but I am not sure - by the way Cabrini is a fantastic hospital, I absolutely love it!
