Felicita, ... You havent come in to post so I'm assuming you got a negative result? Am so sorry Hun. This is a really tough process. Am glad your sister was there to give you a hug. I really hope your Jan cycle gives you a BFP.

    Hi traveler, congrats on starting
your cycle! It wasn't very sensitive of the nurse to say that :-(

I haven't caved and POAS yet but had a meltdown yesterday when I noticed some light bleeding when in toilet and thought for sure it was AF. Called a friend and cried down the phone to her (DH is overseas). Then called the clinic, nurse said could be crinone side effect, but to call back if it continued. Bleeding stopped after that so felt hopeful. BT on Sat.

Hi to anyone I've missed (apologies as I'm on my iPhone posting)

Afm- just waiting for next AF but were enjoying ourselves ATM have my GFs baby shower this weekend (the 37yr old having her 1st babies - the twins, blue one and pink one) I'll see how I get through an afternoon of mannnny pregnant people - at least they've all left work now as well so not so much in my face!!!!

On a funny note (weird actually as i never have received any direct comment fron this person in any thread!!!!) I received a PM as follows:

They don't specialise in MIF or any other problems. Thats why I changed clinics and BFP first go. And Im older.
    I think it's strange 😳thoughts???

Clair- YaY!!! when is your bt? How many dpo are you? So excited for you and our thread!

Paddle- how are you going? I'm so sorry you had a melt down, I really hope the bleeding was your embie snuggling in.

Felicita- I'm so sorry that this isn't the one, I really wish there was something I could say via cyberspace to make it all better. Just know that I'm thinking of you

Bella- I hope you get some excellent and helpful answers from further testing. It's very frustrating not having any sign of implantation from excellent looking embies. my FS is convinced it's just a numbers game, waiting for the right emby.

Crofty - good luck at the baby shower!!! I find them tough even after having a baby! Um that pm is weird, are you looking for a new clinic? I forget (but am assuming) do u go to wfc? I have heard so many great stories about them! And so many success stories. I think it is a bit rude for someone to put down other peoples clinic for no reason. I've found it hard enough forcing myself to go for another cycle after previous failed ones without other people putting down your clinic and adding further doubt in your mind. Don't let it upset you too much. In my honest opinion, after researching next gen, genea (sp?) ivfa and wfc I think that they are pretty similar in their protocols and that we are so fortunate to get such a high level of care.

Afm- sniffing away! I've found that if I eat lollies at the same time as sniffing I can't taste it!

Sorry about any typos, on my phone

    paddlegirl.

    Hope yours stays sticky claire77.

crofty. Well ..... she is not uneducated about IVF because she's done the TWW 3 (yes ... 3) times (as posted in the dreaded TWW thread recentlyish) to get pg after 1 stim. But if there's any testing or IVF protocols you want done that aren't offered at WFC then it would be worth saving up for a private clinic, otherwise be happy where you are.

bella978. We're also sitting out the rest of the year. Gonna get all that stuff lindylou78 PMed me about, and maintain all my TTC lifestyle changes over Xmas. I miss coffee.

AFM - FS saw that we had a debrief appt booked for early tomorrow morning, so he just did it over the phone so we don't have to struggle to get to the clinic on time.
He's not going to do the free-for-all presentation to the monthly FS conference, but will consult with select specialists before settling on the treatment plan for our last cycle. We should find out in one week what they've decided upon. Still likely to be starting that cycle in January.

We'll wait for our siblings to decide in their own time on providing known related double donations. We're not going to try for anonymous double donation of gametes. If we can't do double donation with our siblings we'll then decide if we want to enter the embryo donation waiting list (at least 2 years long) or if we're done.

    Hi Ladies

Sorry I have been MIA - thank you for all your thoughts, have been reading every day. Just a quick one from me (will come back for personals soon).

Started spotting this afternoon so I expect AF will arrive tomorrow and I am straight into another FET cycle. I have decided on one more before we move on to further testing as we still have 4 embies on ice and it just seems a shame to waste them!!! If this next cycle isn't successful we are going back to another stim cycle and are going to have testing done on the embryos prior to freezing them. Has anyone else had this done???
FS said I was so sick this cycle because my prog levels were so much higher than previous cycles. Previously my body produced very little prog on it's own and I had to take 3 pessaries a day just to keep the level at 30. This time I was only on the 2 and levels were much higher. He seems to think the D&C earlier in the year has really helped 'reboot' my natural cycle so hoping this is a change for the better.

Afm- FS is sending me for thrombophilia screening and both dh & I for chromosome tests. Hope to find the reason for repeated implantation failure. Will prob sit the rest of the year out while we regroup and wait on test results.
Hi Bella, its good FS is sending you for more testing. Hope it gives you some answers and a direction to go in. I wonder for myself if there might be some factor in me (the reason we have been given is MFI), but *I*havent had intensive testing yet so who knows???!!

As I said earlier, I had a meltdown yesterday and cried heaps. I even broke down when a colleague's admin assistant called me to reschdule an appt with him. Argh. Not very professional. But she was lovely.

Today I started a slight bleed again. Still hoping its implantation bleeding or Crinone side effect. It doesnt look quite like a proper AF. I have to say I am not feeling very hopeful. But trying to stay as positive as I can...... Might POAS tomorrow morning.

I called DH (he's overseas) tonight and it was good to talk to him and let him know how I've been doing

    Good luck tthc...

I too am going on a Bubhub vacation, I need a break. I find I get too much information, which then worries me too much, which isn't helping my already fragile state of mind.
I hope all of you get that sometimes elusive BFP. It's a hard journey, I wish you all the Best. I may pop back when I feel better about this whole infertilty fiasco.

Hugs to all my Sydney friends , I may pop into you at Genea sometimes , please say Hi if you see a yellow hooded pram !!!!

Tthc & sticky I hope a BH break is what you need, see you again soon.

Paddle- did you POAS today? Are you still spotting? I'm sorry this 2ww has been extra difficult for you especially with your DH away!

Clair did you POAS again today?

EO & lindy where are you guys? Hope you are both ok

Quick question about sniffing, do they recommend changing nostrils morning and night because of irritation? I have really bad hey fever at the moment and my nose is usually blocked so I'm just squirting it into whichever I can breath through. Is that ok?
