    Hi Ladies,
    May I join in ?
I am currently on my 2nd day of jabbing in our first ever IVF cycle with Genea .Feeling ok sofar, big headaches and a bit dizzy that's it. I feel like I am getting a cold. Would that be a problem with making good eggs?
Hope you are all doing well today

    Hi Sticky11, and welcome

Congrats on starting your first cycle, I did mine in July. It can be a bit daunting but I found the ladies on here very helpful so ask any questions and someone can probably help with the answer

I don't think the cold will have too much bearing on your egg quality.

I will try and find the latest roll call and add you to it.

Can you share why you are doing IVF? I found out after 2+ years of TTC that I have endometriosis and DH has antisperm antibodies, so we did ICSI.

    Thanks Bella
Our reason for being on the trying IVF path is my Age (40) and very low Amh level. Mine is classed as secondary infertility, since I had a baby-boy in January and a m/c in June. We can't waist time, so we are hoping to get lucky before my ovaries pack it in . It's alot of pressure this stupid age thing
My husband is alot younger, so this adds to my sorrow...

Sticky11: Welcome to our little group , all the best for your next cycle. Congrats on your little boy.

Angelanathan: How’s the jabbing going hon?

Bella: How is the TWW going? All the best for your BT – when is it?

Lola: not sure if its too late to add my experience, but i start FSH on long down reg cycles on day 1 of AF. It so hard when you get a different nurse and have to double check their advice. Did you manage to speak to your normal nurse?

Felicita: How’s things with you hon? Any idea when you will be doing a cycle?

Lindylou: Woo hoo yay for AF showing up , see my note below, i am gonna be way off being in the TWW with you now hon . All the best for your session today, have you noticed much difference in DH behaviour since you started them?

Kelbelle: How did your BT and US go hon?

Crofty: How are you going with your cycle hon?

AFM: AF is torturing me, its CD36 and she still hasn’t shown . Even though i know its PHYSICALLY impossible for me to fall naturally due to DH condition, i still did 8 yes 8 HPT yesterday and all were negative. She has never been this late before, i guess it’s because of the OHSS last cycle. Oh well just gotta sit back and wait i guess.

Sticky11- Welcome to our thread! How exciting to be doing your first cycle, here's hoping you have success 1st go . To my knowledge, the cold won't affect your cycle. I'm with Genea too, I switched to them earlier this year and couldn't be happier.

Bella- one more week... hope you're hanging in there OK!

Felicita- feeding the ducks with your Nanna sounds lovely. I can imagine how embarrassed that policeman was, but its great to hear they're being proactive about catching firebugs. My Nan lives in Springwood and my heart skips a beat everytime there's a bushfire in the mountains.

Lola- sorry I've never done long down reg, hope you've sorted out the right day to start jabbing FSH.

EO- surely AF must be here by now??

Crofty- any news on follie counts or EPU timing?

Kelbelle- Hope you have good news from your US.

Quartz- Have you O'd yet? Must be getting close to FET time.

    Hi to everyone else

AFM- Keeping busy with party planning for my brother's 21st, we're having it next Sat at our house. My middle brother is coming down from QLD on Fri nite and I'm so excited , haven't seen him since January.

Oops EO, just missed your post before I hit submit! Geez, I really thought you'd have AF by now, bummer she's taking so long . I'd be POAS-ing like crazy at CD36 too, even though I know its totally irrational. DH has been very sweet, but then he always was... its only after a once-in-a-blue-moon fight that we had major probs. We aren't due for one of those fights for at least a year now . I hope your AF is here any minute now

Thanks for the big welcome girls , it's much appreciated
This Process is definitely challenging. Everybody assumed having another Baby would be easy for me, so did I . But here we .
Why is it that AF is always late when you wait for her but always early when you don't want to see her. I find it puzzling ...
Finally I found some ladies who are also going to Genea, thought I was alone. Anybody going to Kent Street? I am happy with them, but then I have to since DH works in the lab there
Am I supposed to feel anything yet on day 4? I feel like sh*** w. Headaches and dizziness but that's it. I usually feel ovulation pretty strongly, so I am a little worried I may not be responding
Tomorrow is 1st appointment with the dildocam, so will see..
Sorry if I can't do many personals as I only have Internet on my phobe, and it is challenging...
    X
