    Default Need help!

If the mini pill killed off my supply when DD was 3 months... will the normal pill do the same if I take it now (DD is now 12 months)??

    OR

If your supply just completely dried up over night, did you 12 month and up children cope with being suddenly weaned?

    TIA

I don't know, but logically I would think yes. If the mini pill had that affect on your supply then the regular pill may as well.

Are there other forms of contraception that you could consider? My 15 month would not cope with being weaned overnight and neither would my boobies...

I was logically thinking that the pill would dry it up if the mini pill had... But I was hoping that wasn't the case.
In terms of contraception, we are looking to TTC end of next year so has to be a short term solution... I have trouble taking any form of oral contraception. I can only take the lowest dose pill... anything more puts me in hospital. My doc suggested the one that goes in your arm, but since it has a standard dose in it he thinks it'll make me sick too.

So my only options at this point is condoms or the low dose pill that I know i can take... unless there's some one who knows something I don't.

maybe google nuva ring? from memory it is low dose, but also not for everyone, as i had a reaction from the direct contact internally. but in theory it is good!
