Fenugreek, does it work? and what are the side effects?

Just wondering whether Fenugreek actually works to increase supply and what are some of the side effects to either mum or bub?

Definitely worked for me when I used it. Some women find it changes the taste of their milk though and that can put bub off or upset their tummy.

We had a lot of those type of herbs/spices/flavours in our food already though so it didn't bother my DS2 at the time.

I had a friend who said it made her get bad BO too as she sweated it out.

Has not worked for me I took 6 a day for a month. I didn't notice any side effects

My sis used it and her boobs where just about bursting. Couldnt tell you about side effects but she didnt mention any? x

It worked for me. Started to get results after 2 days. I was taking 2 a day. I also didn't notice any side effects.
