Default Transition after 12 months with milk

    hi
my LO has never been a bottle drinker but we have had to persist with it.
can someone tell me, after 12 months old and the introduction of cows milk, how much and how often is milk given and does it have to be in a bottle?
she hates the bottle and i am hoping to give it to her all in cups or sippy cups.
is it morning and night? and what daily intake should she be getting?
    any advice would be great

Absolutely you can use cups instead of a bottle.

Are you currently breastfeeding or feeding formula?

If she doesnt want a bottle - wouldnt worry about it. If she will take it from a cup or a sipper, I would stick with that and offer at meals.

Just ensure she is getting enouch calcium throughout the day.

My DD has cows milk in a sipper cup......FWIW - she drinks about 400ml of milk a day - on average.
