Default 4dp2dt and progesterone going down???

Ladies, i have a question- i found out yesterday that my progesterone levels have gone down. I had a 2day transfer on Sat and found out on Sun that my levels were quite low. I went on pessaries 3 times a day and had another blood test yesterday. The nurses called yesterday to say that the levels were actually going down and that i had to get started on injected progesterone asap.
I am now on injections every 2nd day for at least the TWW. (By the way...ouch!)

So what i am wanting to know is- am i out of the game??? Is finding out the my progesterone is low this late after a cycle going to mean that my little one is probably gone already?

I have asked all the nurses but i wonder whether they are just saying things to make me feel better rather than being honest.

Also, they are going to do another blood test on Sunday- my initial feeling is that that is far too late to check if my levels are going up. What do you think?
I am speaking to my FS today and hopefully can get my worries heard.

Thanks for you time. i really appreciate it.

Hopefullyabubba- i am not 100% sure but would have thought progesterone is needed to support a pregnancy. until embie is properly embedded this would not be as important but as long as levels going up by this time you should be ok. Ring FS and see if can get levels done earlier to get peace of mind. for christmas bonus

Just want to send some during this stressful time. Progesterone is needed for the pregnancy to continue. My clinic liked to have levels of 30 or more. Do you know what your levels were?

I heard somewhere that those that don't respond well to pessaries going in vaginally can sometimes absorb more when the pessaries are inserted anally.

Are you keeping your bum elevated on a pillow for at least 30 minutes after insertion? Hopefully the progesterone injections will help you. It is good that your clinic is keeping an eye on your levels and doing bt to check.

Hey guys I found out today that my progesterone was 20.6. My FS really wasn't that concerned and said this happens sometimes. Don't know whether she was just saying that to make me feel better or if it is the truth. She said a low progesterone will bring on a bleed. They want to get my levels up to prevent this. I am feeling a bit better about it all to be honest. Yesterday after my injection I actually felt less pms symptoms. This morning I felt crampy which is not my normal pms symptoms. I guess I am trying to hold onto hope... Cos those injections hurt! . Thanks for ur support.
