Default How often do you ...

Go out with your babies / children during the week ? ( I mean shops , walks, park , visiting people etc)

    How old are they ?

How many kids do you have ?

Is it hard to get out and about with more than one child ?

Just curious hehe :-) my ds seems to love our daily morning or arvo outings , he gets very restless and bored at home if it's alllll day long , does anyone else find this with their kids?

    Thanks !!

    Xo

i go out at least once a day! I have a 3yr old a 2 1/2 yr old and a 10 month old.yes it takes longer to get out than with just one but still worth it! I put there clothes on then put them in the pram while i put what i need in the nappy bag then off we go about 10 + extra minutes though if they arent cooperating it can sometimes take half hour extra the key is organisation and planning ahead!

    Once or twice a day.

I'm the morning we go for a walk and to the park or beach. Then in the afternoon we run errands or park again.

I've only one daughter and she's 13 months, we don't do any activities just yet, we just play.

Almost every day lately getting a bit tired and over it so tomorrow I'm not leaving the house all day. Ahhhhh.

DS is almost 3 and he loves it but I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I struggle a bit in this heat and walking for hours but it's worth it because he enjoys his outings. We've just come home from picking up some groceries. It should have taken 45 minutes max but we did 1000 things and it took 3 hours. So now I've still got a mountain on cooking to do this afternoon. Nap first!!

I find I am the one going a bit stir crazy if we are at home all day My girls are 28 months and 7 months and we get out of the house at least 5 of the 7 days.

Mon - home mostly or to the park near our house
Tues - into town to get bits and pieces, look around the shops
    Wednesday - playgroup
    Thursday - Gymbaroo
    Friday - home mostly
Sat - grocery shopping and to my parents place for dinner
Sun - to the park/pool/play centre etc

It is a bit more difficult with two, sometimes wrangling the two of them into car and lugging the pram out feels like an expedition in itself LOL. But it becoming easier now the little one is in a pretty good routine. The only thing is that she has 3 naps per day so have limited time to go out and about. Generally if we go shopping they are both in the double pram or at parks/toddler activites I wear bub in my wrap or carry her with me.

We rarely duck to the shop to just get milk though etc as it's not worth the hassle, I wait till I can make a worthwhile trip out of it.

At least 6 times a week.
Dd is 25 months & Ds is 5. We just get them dressed & hop in the car, or put ds in his wheelchair & dd in her pram & go for a walk.
Ds hates staying at home & loves to go to the shopping centre, or to my mums. He goes to school everyday & take him out on either the Saturday or Sunday for a few hours.
Dd loves to go for a walk through Kmart, or to the park.

Once a day on average I have a 2 1/2 year old DS and an 11 month old DD. If I'm by myself its challenging, both either want to be in a carrier or in the front seat of the pram (single with a toddler seat attached) and DS in particular is still in a very egocentric stage. DD is more relaxed

    Hi

My DD is 16months and she spends time away from home daily.

Monday - a home day but includes a walk/drive to the shops or to the park
    Tuesday - childcare
Wednesday - Nursery Rhymetime at the local library and normally a side trip to the shopping centre and Playgroup in the afternoon
    Thursday - Gymbaroo
    Friday - swimming lessons

Weekends - could be anything, walks, park, beach, zoo, etc

We also have a sandpit in the backyard, so I try and make sure she goes out into the garden/yard each afternoon (when the shade comes over).

We go out every day except for one! Usually Monday or Tuesday we stay home! My dd also gets cranky if we are home too much!
