Default Do you think it is possible?

Ok so we have just done our 2nd IVF cycle, this one is our 1st FET. Our 1st cycle was ICSI which we were very lucky and got preg and now have a 9 month old boy.

I was due to do HPT today. I have done a couple this week which have been all positive but probably was just the pregnyl still. Anyway with the test this morning I just couldnt tell if it was neg or pos, sure I saw a very very faint line..So I went to clinic to have blood test done so I would know either way.....The result came back very faint positive, nurse decided to send to lab to get definate answer, she rang back coupe hours later, saying still very very faint positive. So I have to have more bloods done sat morning to see if improving or not.
So I have to stay on meds for bit longer.
I dont know anything at all about hcg levels etc. I did see a site with hcg levels. But my level is only 5, I had my transfer on friday the 5th nov. Does anyone know anyone who has such a low number and still had a baby....I know deep down that the chances are not good, but just clinging on to some hope....
This is our very last IVF cycle ever..and I just dont feel like I have completed my family that I have always longed for.

bugger forgot to add.......what meds have people been on for support? I did ask nurse if i should increase meds she said not to bother....I have no fertility issues at all...it is male factor only...
    I am on
    progesterone tabs 1 x 3 times a day
    1 pessarie morning and night
    1 cardprin per day

With our 1st cycle my meds were pretty much double...do yo think it would help if i increased them anyway?

Firstly have you got any other symptoms to indicate you may be pregnant?

Your clinic should be blood testing you at least every week to ensure your hormone levels remain up. (that's my clinics protocol anyway, they blood tested me every week for 8 weeks)

I am unsure about the meds as I wasn't on any at all but working in the health industry I do know it's not safe to increase any meds without your dr/clinic approval.

    Good luck!
Blessed with 2, hoping for 3. Back on the IVF train.
    April 2007 - 11 eggs collected, 4 emby's, Fresh transfer BFN
    August 2007 - FET BFP.
    April 2010 - 2 remaining embies didn't thaw,
    July 2010 - 7 eggs collected, 2 emby's. Fresh transfer BFP

Sept 2012 - remaining emby didn't survive the thaw
Lucky last cycle early April before we get off this train once & for all

Oh and is your period late? I'd think it would have been due by now.

kimberleygal my period was due on monday so I am late, and normally I am exactly 27 days on the dot. But I have only just stopped crinone on wednesday so maybe it was stopping AF coming, but she still not here yet...I am still on pessaries, not sure if they stop her from coming?
I have to go and have blood test again tomorrow, but because my clinic is closed I have to go elsewhere, and not sure if they will call FN to tell results, they have put URGENT on form with phone number so hopefully they will call her tomorrow and then hopefully she will call me otherwise I have to wait till monday to get results...
