    Default 21 Day Blood Test

My Dr has given me a form for a 21 day blood test to test for PCOS. My periods started around 1:30ish today. I've read somewhere that if your period starts after midday that day 1 is counted as the next day? But I'm confused. As an expert would you count today as day 1 or tomorrow?

    TIA

A day 21 progesterone will not test for PCO I'm afraid. Perhaps you might consider another opinion. You need much more thorough testing and at least a vaginal ultrasound. If you have a 28 day cycle it is unlikely that you have PCOS. Good luck GS
