Westside Christian College - thoughts

My DH went to WCC and all of his family. I don't actually know what they thought of it. My DH hasn't complained about it too much, and has suggested sending our DD there, so I am actually interested in this thread too!
I might ask the family and some of his younger brothers friends (who still attend there) what they think about it and get back to you...
At the moment we are tossing up between West Moreton Anglican College and WCC, even though I still have a lot more schools to look into!

Hi, Just joined upon searching Westside Cristian College. Did you start your child there? I am looking at Grade 8, 6 and prep for 2009. Currently going to another private school which i am happy with but they don't have high school attached. Easier if all 3 went to same school too. Jooles.

LOL this thread is so old... Cheekychops doesn't frequent the forum much these days. But I can tell you she has sent her boys there. Her eldest is in grade 2 & her youngest is in pre-prep. They are very happy.

(You never know she might pop her head in a make a comment herself, maybe).

no doubt they would have raised the costs since we were there - if you call them they would only be too happy to help - at least that way you will get correct info too

I'm not sure if this is too late. But I spent 9 years at Westside Christian College. I found that the standard of education isn't too great, however the teachers there are wonderful and the whole place really fosters a great christian environment. Although it can be very sheltered, the children there are influenced to have great morals and be relgiously focussed.
