Default Lost my baby today 21 weeks pregnant

How do you get through a day when you have faced one of your greatest fears in losing a baby.
I when to my scan yesterday at 21 weeks to find no heartbeat and bub had stopped growing a few weeks before.
I had to have an induced labour know I would never get to hear my baby cry or see it breathe.
This has been the worst day of my life but I am forever grateful for the support from my husband , daughter and family who are as heartbroken as me.

I am so terribly sorry for your loss Losing a child is a heartache I would not wish upon my worst enemy. I lost 3 bubs before having my son this year and one of the biggest things to get me through was the support of the amazing women on this forum. Take care of yourself and do what You need to do at this time, whatever that may be. For me it was sitting on the lounge staring at the TV for a few weeks, crying when I needed to. Another thing that helped me (and still does) is making a memory box for my precious babies.

Again I am so sorry for your loss
