With DD being due in about a month, we're trying to finalise her name. Currently it will be Emma (DS would have been Emma if he was a girl), but it's such a big decision we're still open to other suggestions.

This baby will be Emma and I love it .

I also like Sophie, Charlotte, Ruby, Sarah, Amelia and that's all I can think of.

I liked Sophie but I wasn't sold, I really thunk even if you love a name it has to be perfect. The first time I wrote Emma I fell in love and can't think of anything better. I think that's how a name should be . Good luck, it's such a hard choice.

A friend of mine recently had an Emma; her older daughter is Laura.

Emma was on out short list. we also had Sienna and Isabella on the list. we dont plan to use any of them cos im after something thats not on the most popular names list for our state. but they are still very beautiful names and havent been ruled out completely if we find nothing else. good luck

We loved Emma (I still do in fact) however DH cousin had an Emma so decided to go for something else.

We have chosen Katie I would have had Kate however our surname is only 1 syllable and her middle name will be Helen (after my Nanna) so Katie flows much better with the other names.
