    I prefer that it's not a new thread - I only took interest because I could see it was an old thread and was curious if any outcome had happened. It's great to know that there are concerned neighbours out there - well done on all your efforts OP!

    renesme- if you read through you will actually see that the op posted an update sayi.g that she got to know them and that their actual ages were 8 and 4 . she just assumed that the eldest was younger because he was so small. (i would have too)

    good on you op for taking those steps to get the kids safe. poor kiddies.
