    Default Bloating/Gas

    Hi Girls,
    Im 15 weeks and seriously bloated all the time.
    Ive always been a fast eater and used to bloat after eating certain things even pre preg.
    Now after every meal or snack my stomach blows up like a watermellon and is seriously uncomfortable.
    Im sitting at work now after eating dinner and i swear if i had a pin, you could pop me like a balloon.
    It does seem to releve the pain a bit if i lay down and stretch right out. sitting seems to squish up my insides more and make it worse, as does walking around.

    I read somewhere that anti gas medications like degas can help. As these websites were american, im not sure if I can use the same stuff here safely during pregnancy.

    Has anyone used it and did it work?
    Or has anyone got any other remedies that might help me

    Once the bloating is already present, there are a few ways to treat it. A heating pad or a hot bath may ease discomfort. Take the supplement Beano, when eating beans or legumes may help reduce gas from those foods.
