Well ... DH is now in hospital He is there for maybe a few nights now. They have him on a drip and giving him pain meds and antibiotics. They are also testing his blood.

The urologist before we he sent us to the hospital said that the results came back and he has steroli only syndrome.

The urologist at the hospital (different one) said that it is very rare condition and the chances of finding sperm at mTESE is extremely low

    Azoospermia just totally sucks!

I am so sorry Malak. TESA isn't supposed to be this bad! How many puncture sites did they do?! Poor guy. I hope the hospital med and antibiotic is giving some comfort now.

Hugs. Yes, azoospermia totally sucks! You just never know.

They did both right and left and even though the cut on the left is bigger he said the right hurts more.

He said his balls feel bigger so he will check with the hospital urologist when he comes in the morning.

He is just so unlucky to have this happen.

I am currently looking for people with success with sertoli under mTESE. I know every case is different but it will give me some hope.

Interesting enough. They said DH has a blood clot but later he had an ultrasound and said that the urologist will come and talk to us about the results .... does sound good at all. The ultrasound person kept asking DH if the TESA was his first surgery in that area. Strange...

The scan ppl can tell u the result only the dr. Thus the wait, I guess. Surgery? They don't call TESA a surgery at all since it isn't cut open. Is he still in pain?

They called it surgery or it was DH's wording for it.

He is still in pain especially when the pain killers start to wear off. He is hoping to leave the hospital tomorrow. He is bored as. The only time he had been outside the last few days was to go to the hospital lol. Poor guy.

@Malak hon! I've just caught up on everything. That is terrible news. How is your man tonight? In some terrible way, the Sertoli is nothing compared to your beautiful man's health. Poor guy - I thought it sounded like a haematoma the other night but never expected the poor fella would end up in hospital in this state. Thinking of you. Hoping for a speedy recovery. Keep us posted we are here.
