@twosouls : thanks!! We are very blessed. Thanks to you all ladies support. Without y'all, I wouldn't have made it this far.
How are you feeling? Getting better with the bleed? I replied your PM but I would just ask it here.

@ MCG Bertie: Info from perth ladies. Yes, normally, for IVF mom, the clinic provides follow up service, i.e, BTs once a week until first scan at about 7 weeks. Then, you "graduate" at week 12 to Ob. GP will have to write referral for that. I guess IVFA must also provide that. It is just a bit difficult in my case. They did ask me if i want to do the scan at ~8 weeks in sydney, though. I would love to stay with IVFA but it is just not practical. So we are on our own. They would still love to hear my update.

Congratulations bb!!!! So happy and excited for you and DH.

MGC Bertie, thinking of you as well. You and DH are such strong people. Im still trying to get DH to do his first mTESE and have got a lot of resistance. As the rest of the girls say, you totally deserve this. Fingers crossed for your upcoming BT. x

CONGRATULATIONS bbhope! That is wonderful news!!! Wahoo!!!

They often do a couple of BTs to measure HCG levels a few days apart and check they are doubling. I know a couple of girls that didn't have that done too though, I think it depends on the specialist.

@MissJude: best of luck for your next cycle! As i might mention, i am still very cautious in this early stage. The worries never go away.

DH GP (my GP office is closed) wrote me a script for the pessaries and also a BT in a week.

Thank you bbhope!!! I totally understand your caution! I did get a BFP from my last transfer but have just been keeping it so quiet and close to mine and DH heart after all the bad news this year and frankly, shock at actually getting a BFP! I did have a bit of trouble with bleeding but we think it's all okay, scan this Thursday will confirm. Perhaps then I will believe it's true!

Good vibes for everyone for the year ahead. I hope everyone's dreams come true.

MissJude.... congrats also on your BFP. That's great news to hear the donor sperm did the trick. That gives us all hope that it will work one day for us too. I hope everything goes smoothly from now on for you xx

Bbhope.... I love your new signature!!

Thank you MGC Bertie! It definitely should give everyone hope because it really does happen. I am hoping that 2014 is your year. Keep us posted on how things are going so I can send all my positive energy your way when you need it most.

Thanks bbhope! I'm not sure when the first scan usually is but we had one at 6 weeks because I had a threatened miscarriage. Everything was okay but baby's heart beat was 99. This can be normal for so early but needs to have increased by the scan this week or it is a concern.

@MissJude: your clinic provides follow up care until week 12? We are on our own since we r back to WA and now dont know what to do for the week 8 scan! I dont want to ask my currently preg friends. It will draw unnecessary attention but i think they did the scan at very late stage.

@bbhope: I have to check this with the clinic tomorrow. I think that this is meant to be my last appointment with them but I am having trouble getting into an obstetrician prior to week 12. I saw my GP yesterday who was very helpful and can refer me to other places to get the interim scans done. Might be worth checking out with your GP? I'll let you know what my clinic says tomorrow as well.
