@bbhope if twins you would get an instant family

Yes we will be going back to FS soon to see what has to be done to get me ready for IVF and the mTESE will be done by someone else

I will pump the urologist for as much information as I need

I think it is more of a risk than anything else. I always just want to have 1 kid, though. Who knows...i might change my mind down the road. I can't say that i like the emotional and physical stress of the IVF journey (or to say, infertility journey as you all know very well). This is just me...so I am always impressed with Bertie. She is my idol.

When did IVFA do skype appt? I asked many times and they said no. That's because you can't claim telephone consult from medicare. Dr Pearson is very nice. He picked up my after hr phone call once. I don't know if he does mTESE but he might be able to give you some info to start with. If DrG is dong the mTESE, Dr Pearson might well be your FS. In any case, they all work together. I won't worry about the FS part for you just yet. They will sort it out like in my case.

Because it is QFG, i suspect it won't be too hard to hook up with a FS. You can ask Dr. Yazdani who he would like to pair with. Some Drs hate each other if you know what i mean.

BTW, to make peace with DrR, i don't think you should tell them that you are going elsewhere.
Bbhope I'm not sure but u do have an app with both through Skype. One is costing 200$ no Medicare rebate the other nothing.

How do I make peace with him?

Oh... Even skype, they don't give you as video consult? They used to give discount for teleconsult knowing we can't claim. Nice of them but they changed it last year by paying full price which I understand because no reason to charge less than seeing a walk in patient. It is medicare flaw. Not being able to claim on teleconsult.

Oh for DrR. I just meant not burning the bridge given that u r interested in going back to pivet for donor if it doesn't work out in the east. But do whatever u think is appropriate.

So I am work and the guy near me is on the phone and goes "I only have one kid thankfully". My first thought was how rude followed by ... some people wish for just one child. Grrrrr. Rant over...

    Default Azoospermia

Being on this infertility journey, we see thing differently. It just makes me so much appreciate something more, like our man. I now find myself lucky to get the bfp with a better result (so far) on the 3rd try. Thinking ppl like Bertie, twosouls et al have gone through more rounds and heartache than me. I am not out of the wood yet so being cautious. 3rd beta is out and is rising. Fx that the bub is sticking. The news isn't sinking in for both of us just yet.

Jenniwithanl: our due date will be pretty close.
